Norman Partridge's first short story collection was published by Colorado’s Roadkill Press, the premiere
publisher of horror chapbooks in the nineties. Mr. Fox won the Bram Stoker Award and received a World
Fantasy nomination, cementing Partridge's place as an exciting new talent in a generation of dark dreamers that
included Poppy Z. Brite, Brian Hodge, and Bentley Little.
With the exception of one story (“Save the Last Dance For Me”), all the tales in Mr. Fox had never
appeared previously.
